Also, be sure to double-check your product's depth requirements to make sure your window is deep enough to hang it in.	Important Outside mount blinds and shades are installed over the window on brackets attached to the wall or window frame. We recommend adding a minimum of 5-10cm to both your width and height measurements to allow for light gap coverage.

Parts	Replaceable parts include, but are not limited to, brackets, valance clips/magnets, cord locks/connectors, tilter mechanisms, cord cleats, bottom rail plugs, spacer blocks, equalizers and tensioners. Up to 3 years: Parts replaced at no charge. After 3 years: $5 charge for parts.
Fabric and Slats	Covers tears or other defects in fabric, separation of fabric from slats or vanes, warping of slats and/or broken or cracked vertical vanes. Up to 3 years: Product remade at no charge. After 3 years: Fabric and slats/vanes are considered wearable items and are not covered after 3 years.
Restrings	Up to 3 years: Product restrung at no charge. After 3 years: $20 charge for restringing.
Vertical Blinds Track	Covers track not tilting or not drawing open/close. Warranty does not cover breakage of track stems due to misuse. Up to 3 years: Track will be replaced at no charge. If track is over 90" wide, an $85 oversize shipping fee will be charged (includes flat $15 return shipping fee; see below). After 3 years: Track replaced at cost depending on size.
