What is the status of my order?

Once an order has been built, a tracking number will be provided within 1-2 business days. It usually takes 7-12 business days for most custom orders to arrive at your doorstep after you’ve placed your order.

Are your custom products really “made in 2-7 days”?

Our product production time does not include shipping time. Once you’ve placed your order, most products take 2-7 days to custom build. It usually then takes another 1-5 business days for courier delivery (depending on your location). Plan for a total of 7-12 business days for most custom orders to arrive at your doorstep after you’ve placed your order.

What kind of warranty do my blinds come with?

All of our products come with a free 3-year limited warranty, with options for warranty upgrades. Please review our warranty policy.

What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept Visa or MasterCard payments which are the two options made available at the time of checkout.

Can I make changes after I submit an order?

Yes, every order is placed in a hold status for 3 hours after being placed. This allows shoppers to ensure that their choices in colors and sizes are accurate. It also allows for a cancellation or changes to an order but there may be some fees incurred. We make every effort to update an order without any further fees added. If an order was placed and needs a change, it is best to call us or chat with us directly.

Can i include blinds add-ons to my order if i have placed my orders few days ago?

If you have placed your order few days ago, your order is in production or may already be finished. In the event where your orders are still within our facility, we can still make changes for you with a fee. Alteration charge is RM50 per set of blinds. For eg: You have placed a roller blinds without cassette add-on and now you wish to include cassette add-on, the alteration charges would be RM50 + RM35 = RM85.

Can i alter my blinds to a smaller width/height?

Yes you can. We can make changes to your blinds provided it is shorter for a fee. Alteration charges is RM50 per set of blind and you would have to ship back to us. However, we will ship back to you free of charge provided the shipping address is within Peninsula Malaysia.

Do you ship to Malaysia and Singapore?

Yes. We ship throughout Malaysia and Singapore. You can find the shipping rate during checkout. Our products are all custom made and all have different weight (Based on your product configuration). Shipping cost can be found in checkout and typically priced by the sum of the weight of all your cart items

Can I edit my shopping cart?

Certainly! You can remove anything from a cart and then return it as an edited or updated item.

Measure & Install

Is there a specific way to measure windows before placing an order?

Is it possible to measure old window dressings instead?

We do not recommend using old blinds, even custom orders from the past, because manufacturers take deductions at the factory and this may result in an uneven or awkward fit when those same figures are used on new blinds and shades. See our "How to Measure Window Guide", to guarantee you make the most accurate measurements.

Can someone come out to measure and/or install an order?

Unfortunately, one way we control prices is by skipping any measuring and installation services. (We do provide installation within Klang Valley though, please reach out to us). However, we always say that anyone who is able to hang a picture is going to find it easy to hang custom window treatments. We are always here to help, and in addition to our measuring and installation guides, our customers can contact us by phone or email with questions.

I want multiple window treatments in a single window space. How do I measure for that sort of custom order?

Again, we suggest you visit the Measuring Instructions page to learn how to measure when installing two or more separate window coverings in a single window space.
