My name is Edmond Hong, and I’m the founder of BlindsHub. I still remember walking the streets of Melbourne, Australia, where I studied, feeling amazed by the sleek window coverings I saw everywhere.
Those modern blinds and shades sparked a dream in me. I wanted to bring the same level of style, innovation, and quality back home, so you can enjoy beautiful, efficient shading in your own spaces—just like I did in Melbourne.
I’ll be honest with you: starting a business isn’t easy. But I was lucky—my parents and siblings had a home business dealing with aluminum. They stood by me and encouraged me to pursue this vision, helping me transform that spark of inspiration into a reality.
In 2018, I launched BlindsHub with one clear purpose: To offer high-quality, custom-made blinds and shades that ensure privacy, optimize natural light, and improve energy efficiency in your home or workspace.
Today, we operate out of our manufacturing and fabrication factory in Puncak Alam's Eco Business Park V, crafting every product with care and precision. And in 2022, we became an official Lutron fabricator, which means we can provide you with automated, premium-quality blinds and shades that fit seamlessly into any smart home environment.
I’m proud to say that, with the help of our dedicated team, BlindsHub now serves thousands of customers every month across Malaysia and Singapore. Our brand slogan—“Quality made-to-order blinds, pay less”— guides everything we do, ensuring you get the most out of every purchase.

2020: Production of Zebra Blinds

2021: Production of Roman Blinds
We expanded our product range once again—this time with roman blinds.

2022: Introduction of Lutron Blinds for Smart Homes
We partnered with Lutron to fabricate automated blinds, stepping into the smart home market.
This gave you the power to combine energy efficiency and innovation, all at the touch of a button.
2023: Production of Ultra-Wide, Long Roller Blinds & Outdoor Blinds
We launched ultra-wide, long roller blinds and outdoor blinds for enhanced coverage.
Now, you can enjoy a seamless shading solution for even the biggest windows and outdoor areas.
2024 (Part 1): Introduction of Romafold Romans
We unveiled Romafold Romans—a groundbreaking addition to our roman blinds lineup.
These new designs offer you a refined, contemporary look that stands out in the market.
2024 (Part 2): Relocation to a Larger Facility
We moved our production to a new facility in Puncak Alam, featuring 80,000 square feet of usable space.
This expansion helps us serve you better with increased capacity and efficiency.
2025 (Part 1): Production of Aqara Curtain Tracks
We began producing Aqara curtain tracks for dealers across Malaysia, expanding our smart home solutions.
